Dr. Lett earned his PhD in Rehabilitation Psychology at Illinois Institute of Technology and has been practicing psychology/neuropsychology in Phoenix since 1989. He is the founder of Professional Psychology Associates, PC (PPA) and co-founder and clinical supervisor at ASAP, an intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment program for adolescent’s and their families.
His interests and specialties include assessment and treatment of addictive behaviors including psychoactive substance use disorders; pediatric and adult psychological/neuropsychological assessment; aviation neuropsychology/psychology; CogScreen Aeromedical Edition (AE); rehabilitation; independent medical examinations (IME's) - psychology/neuropsychology; fitness for duty evaluations; and learning disabilities and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD.)
Dr. Lett holds a certificate of proficiency in psychoactive substance use disorder assessment and treatment from the American Psychological Association School of Professional Psychology, certificate of completion meeting all requirements as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) as required by Department of Transportation (DOT) 40 CFR Part 40.281 (2), and is a HIMS trained neuropsychologist for conducting aviation related examinations required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for medical certification or special issuance medical certification.
